**Spot & Spill Warranty for Platinum Package- If something is spilled on your carpet that will not lift with regular cleaning, we will come back and clean the spot (not the room). The following are not covered under this warranty, Urine, Pet Accidents, Blood, Nail Polish or Mustard. This warranty is valid for 30 days from the time of service in which the protector was last applied.
| Carpet Cleaning Rates:A room is defined as a carpeted area up to a maximum of150square feet, which is the equivalent of a 12′ x 12′ room. Combination living/dining rooms, “L” shaped rooms and rooms in excess of 150 square feet will be considered two separate rooms. Hallways up to a maximum of 20 linear feet. Entries up to a maximum of 50 square feet.Specialty carpeting and area rugs, such as wool and oriental, are priced on an individual basis. . Stair steps are $3.00 a step and $5.00 per landing. |
